Returns Refund Policy

kingshare attaches great importance to your shopping experience, in order to ensure that you are as satisfied as possible with the services and goods we provide you, we have excellent after-sales service, but also provide [7 days no reason to return the shopping guarantee]: no matter any reason, you can choose to return the order within 7 days of receipt of the goods for a refund.

The effective processing period for return and refund is within 7 days after the successful delivery of each item (calculated according to the logistics tracking information to confirm the completion of the delivery of goods), please email service@o2kingshare.com Contact us to request a refund on the return of an itembefore returning all goods. In the email, you need to explain the reason for return and refund and the original order number, as well as ask for the return procedure, number and return address, and then send back the goods to be returned and the return slip for tracking records.

Please note:

All items returned must be in a complete and unopened box and in a condition that does not affect secondary sales.Kingshare reserves the right to refuse the return of an order for a refund if it is in the following condition:

Items that have been opened or damaged.

Items that have been marked on the product details page as not acceptable for return or exchange.

Items that have been delivered for more than 7 days

Refunds will be made automatically to the account from which the order was paid after the warehouse has received the returned package and confirmed that the returned goods do not fall into the above rejectable categories. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s) to mainland China. Please understand that we will not be able to provide you with a refund if the parcel has been on the road for too long facing expired or damaged goods due to the logistics company you chose or other reasons.

Other signing abnormal order processing policy:

Product damage. If you find the product leaking or broken when you receive the package, please follow the 3 steps below:

Please open the order package face to face and contact the dispatcher immediately to issue a Certificate of Damage, and keep the delivery box and related packaging.

Please provide the following information to our email service@o2kingshare.com within 3 natural days after signing the receipt, we will follow up and deal with it as soon as possible. If more than 3 natural days to provide the relevant information, the site will no longer be accepted, please be sure to submit on time.

Note: Please write the order number + damaged product in the subject of the e-mail so that we can follow up on your order as soon as possible.
Product less goods. If you receive a package with signs of opening, please ask for a reweighing immediately and follow the 3 steps below:
If there is any difference in weight, please contact the dispatcher to open and open the package in person and issue the “Proof of Less Goods”, and keep the delivery box and the relevant packaging.

Note: Please write in the subject of your e-mail the order number + product out of stock, so that we can follow up on your order as soon as possible.

All Kingshare products are double-checked by our packaging staff before delivery to ensure that the product and order information are the same! If you receive a package with misdelivered goods, please send it back together with the misdelivered goods (in unopened condition) and the return slip, and we will re-deliver the correct goods to you as soon as possible.

Before returning the product, please send us your order number at service@o2kingshare.com and request a return slip number to complete the process.

For all returns, please contact our customer service at service@kingshare.com within 3 working days after signing for the product. When returning the product, you will need to return the product, its accessories, proof of purchase, packaging, etc. together. After receiving the returned goods to confirm that there is no error, we will within 7~10 working days, the refund through the original payment channel when you pay the order back to you, but the refund of the specific arrival time depends on the various payment institutions and banking processes.

Returns Process:

Special note, the following cases will not be returned

1、Any goods not sold on this website;

2, web page product images and information is for reference only, due to the shooting lights and different monitors color difference and other issues may cause the physical and web page publicity pictures have color difference, does not belong to the quality problem, not returnable.

3, the goods have been used or damaged / label / original protective film has been removed / change the product size;

4、 Exceeding the acceptance time limit (not contacting customer service within 7 days after signing will not be able to apply for after-sales);

5, Due to the irresistible factors in the transportation process, the goods are slightly damaged, but does not affect the normal use;

6、 Any non-normal use and storage by the customer, resulting in the emergence of commodity quality problems;

7, the goods in the gift package or set can not be partially returned;

9, other according to the provisions of the law or the rules of this site and product details page does not support the return of goods will not be returned.
